so, this weekend there was animecon/finncon 2009 in helsinki. unfortunately the location wasn't nearly as nice as the one in tampere last year. we also were so late with our costumes (because of the moving and other stuff) that we only finished them around 4-6 o'clock the same morning which meant that after the day we were so freakin' tired that we, after getting thoroughly wet on the way home, went straight to bed and couldn't get ourselves to go there on sunday, too...
really, seriously tired.
still, the saturday was nice. relaxed and without stress we were moving around slowly, posing once in while, taking a look at the artist alley and at the merchandise stands. so, even though we were tired it was a nice day.
but since my costume was still "work in progress", i decided to complete it in the following 3 weeks and then wear it again for one day at ropecon which will be on the last weekend of this month also in helsinki (the location for that is a much nicer one though)
anyways, there will be more and better pictures of a final costume, then. but for now i have uploaded a few pics to photobucket, for anybody who's interested ^^
